Staff members

The total number of OMMP staff accounts 1299 at the end of 2018, against 1363 in 2017 (-5%).

This decrease is due to the high number of retirements, which amounted to 127 staff, including 30 executives, 57 managers and 40 mastery
of enforcement agent. However, it was slowed by recruitments made during the year 2018 with 64 staff, including 15 executives, 30 mana-
gers and 19 executing agents.

The rate of staff supervision has registered 33% in 2018, a stagnation compared to the year 2017.

Training

During 2018, the training department carried out 135 training actions, a slight increase by 2% compared with the actions performed last
year (132 actions).
